The promotion is good for today only, and all you need to do is present an ID with the name Jim or James (or Jimbo) to get your free burger. Sam’s Club has what is hands-down the best deal we’ve seen on the Xbox 360. The big-box store is offering the 250 GB version of the console, which normally sells for $299, for just $199. Not only that, but you’ll also get two games, Fable 3 and Halo: Reach, plus three free months of Xbox Live. If that package sounds familiar, it’s because Amazon.com is offering a similar bundle, but charges $299 and swaps out the Xbox Live freebie for $50 Amazon credit. Note that you’ll have to be a Sam’s Club subscriber to get the $199 price; if you’re not a member, you’ll be charged a 10% surcharge to bring the total before shipping to $219. Even so, this is the way to go if you’re thinking about buying the system. The deal is currently good online, and will be available in stores for the duration of Black Friday weekend (Friday through Sunday).

That includes the Droid Razr, which retails for $299, and the Samsung Galaxy S II. The deal lasts through Nov. 28 at 11:59 p.m. PST. In addition, if you buy a hotspot-ready device through the sale and activate your mobile hotspot with the carrier, you will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.
Ann Taylor is knocking 40% off your entire online order when you use the coupon code THANKS. In the fine print, it says “Offer valid for a limited time at Ann Taylor Stores and at anntaylor.com,” then three sentences later it says “Not valid at Ann Taylor stores,” so we’re getting some mixed signals as to whether you’ll get a discount in stores as well as online. It also doesn’t say how long the code is valid, only saying that it’s for a limited time only.
The three main Gap brands – Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy – are all taking 35% off orders when you use the coupon code MERRY. The deal is good today only at 11:59 p.m. EST, and only online. The catch is that you have to sign up for an annual pass to the other smash hit Blizzard game, World of Warcraft, for $14.99 a month. Please note that this deal is only valid for existing World of Warcraft subscribers who had created an account prior to Oct. 18, and the offer is only available for a limited time.

Morning Deals: ‘SimCity’ for $9.99
NEW YORK (MainStreet) – When Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain introduced his “9-9-9” tax plan last month, some critics noticed that it bore a curious resemblance to the default tax plan from the computer game SimCity 4. While Cain has denied that he lifted the plan from a computer game, SimCity publisher Electronic Arts seized the marketing opportunity, and is currently offering SimCity 4 for $9.99, a $10 discount. The game can be purchased as a download from EA’s Origin store, where you can also find three other games for the series at the same price. It’s unclear how long the sale will last. Could be nine days, could be nine hours.

J.Crew is taking another 30% off its already-reduced sale items when you use the coupon code MUSTHAVE. The code is good through Thursday at 11:59 p.m. EDT. While it’s a bit ambiguous, it appears that the extra 30% off is also good in stores, though there doesn’t seem to be any printable coupon, so perhaps a mention of the code will get you the discount. In any case, there are some good deals to be found; this men’s pinstripe sportcoat, originally priced at $275 and with a sale price of $199.99, comes down to $139.99 when you use the code. Note that the most basic shipping option adds $9, though when we put in the coupon code the shipping became free; it’s not clear if that’s the case on all items. In any case, remember that this is a final sale, which means no exchanges if the items turn out not to fit.
